I've been dancing for almost 3 years now and I pick up technique and choreography quiet quick, but I've ran track for 6 years and now its hard for me to gain the flexibility I need to become the dancer I want to be. Any tips ?
I ran track also! Running doesn’t make your muscles shorter, but stretching really good after a nice run would really make those muscles longer and your flexibility would sky rocket!
